It has more than 1200 staff of whichmore than 90with master and PhD degree, 5 master supervisors and 500 seniorand intermediatetechnicians. At present, it has about 60 qualified personnelrated as scienceand technology innovative talents of Henan Province, excellentexperts of LuoyangMunicipal, young excellent talents of Luoyang Municipal, andtop 100 renowneddoctors and nurses.
