郑秋生，1967年10月生，山东寿光人，北京大学博士后，教授。2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。现任滨州医学院中西医结合学院院长，新疆特种植物药资源教育部重点实验室主任，兰州大学兼职教授、中国海洋大学教兼职教授，石河子大学特聘教授。医药领域国家科技重大专项“十二五”计划技术管理专家，国家科技奖励评审专家，国家“863”计划专家库成员，国家学位和研究生教育专家组成员，西北天然药物(中藏药)产业技术创新战略联盟专家技术委员会委员。山东省、河北省、重庆市以及上海市科技奖励和科技计划的评审专家。曾主持或参与国家“863”、“973”、国家自然科学基金等重大研究项目三十余项，先后参与十多个新药开发项目的药效学评价研究工作，其中已申报并批准临床新药9项，待申报或批准临床达10多项，申请相关专利多项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文200余篇，其中SCI、EI收录论文100余篇，出版专著5 部，获得省部级科技进步一等奖2项，二等奖5项。现为多家国际学术期刊编委、约稿人或特邀审稿人。
